Program:
SBCS' Children's Mental Health program offers a comprehensive array of outpatient therapeutic services for children and adolescents. Services include (1) individual therapy, (2) family therapy, (3) crisis intervention, (4) case management, (5) group therapy and (6) linkage to additional SBCS and community resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Department Director, the Program Director shall be responsible for providing services and ensuring that their team provides services to SBCS' clients and the community. Services will be consistent with agency goals, objectives, mission and style. The Program Director is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of team goals and objectives and will ensure that the goals and objectives are met. The Program Director's role is to provide guidance and support to team members and to serve as a link to other teams and to the Department Director. The Program Director is responsible for staff development and evaluations in conjunction with the Department Director. The Program Director facilitates team and individual problem solving and recognizes achievements. The Program Director performs the role and duties of a supervisor for the team.
