Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES* Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals.* Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resourceallocation, and risk management strategies.* Monitor program progress and performance against established metrics, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.* Facilitate regular program meetings with team members and stakeholders to review progress, address challenges, and ensure effective communication.* Learn about TekSynap to be able to sell to potential customer* Become proficient in the tools that TekSynap utilizes (iCIMS, UnaNet, ADP, SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, and others)* Participate in the entire business development and program execution lifecycle* Help identify new Navy opportunities through a variety of methods including but not limited to existing relationships, GovWin, Beta.Sam, existing customers, partners, leads, etc.* Build a pipeline from identified opportunities* Work towards capturing vetted opportunities* Engage with potential customers within the DoN to determine hot buttons, determine key stakeholders* Steering/Persuading Navy customers towards TekSynap* Proposal writing, reviews, pricing* Lead Transition activities upon award, including kickoff meetings, contracts/subcontracts, staffing, financial setup, security processing* Program execution, including the successful delivery of services and products while managing the performance, cost, and schedule* Ensure program deliverables are submitted promptly and are of high quality* Maximize organic growth within the program* Conduct quarterly contract summary reviews* Conduct monthly financial reviews for all programs and brief the VP* Conduct monthly financial reviews* Program closeoutREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* 16 years of experience analyzing science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to improve computer systems* MA/MS degree in an IT related discipline (preferred)* Active TS* PMI-PMP or ACP certification* ITIL v4 certificationOverviewWe are seeking a Program Director - Navy Programs to join our team supporting a TekSynap Business Area.TekSynap is a fast growing high-tech company that understands both the pace of technology today and the need to have a comprehensive well planned information management environment.
