As a Program Director for our in-unit technology, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing facility management services via technology. Our facilities leverage technology such as IWMS/CMMS platforms, PropTech, and other systems as needed to run successful facilities management operations on behalf of our clients. Your focus will be on driving adoption, recommending enhancement features to our product dev team, and ensuring successful implementations across various facilities. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, analyze ROI, and create compelling documentation to engage both existing and potential users.
