Center Point is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals with a desire to teach to join one of our exciting teams as an AOD / SUD Certified Program Director at one of our in-prison programs in:

  • California State Prison, Solano, Vacaville, CA
  • About the Position:

    As a Certified SUD/AOD Program Director, you plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the program and indirectly supervise all staff. You also develop, interpret, and administer policies and procedures governing the programs and administer appropriate strategies for recruiting, selecting, and retaining staff in the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDT).

    Duties:

    • The Program Director plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates all aspects of the program and indirectly supervises all staff, develops, interprets, and administers policies and procedures governing the programs, and administers appropriate strategies for recruiting, selecting, and retaining staff.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    SUD / AOD Program Directors must have a working knowledge of SUDT Programs and meet one (1) of the following minimum requirements:

    • A Master's Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field, and at least one (1) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program; OR
    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program OR
    • An Associate's Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field and at least four (4) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program OR
    • Six (6) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program.
