CALIBRE, an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a Program Director. This position is in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs Transition Assistance Program (TAP). The candidate will work daily with VA leadership in the execution of all TAP activities across 300+ military locations worldwide. The Program Director is responsible for overall management activities for the entire contract staff supporting the VA TAP project, which includes administrative, management, plans, and operations areas. The Program Director integrates these functions across the organization to ensure resources and support functions are in place at the right time, right location, and right quantity to ensure mission success. The Program Director will work closely with the OTED Director and the COR to ensure awareness of changes that might affect support across the organization and work directly with other key members of VA to understand their internal requirements, external stakeholder requirements, and those of other VBA and VA organizations, as required.
