The Program Director, in partnership with program leadership, will lead the West Accelerator Program in collaboration with the West Health Foundation and Mass General Brigham (MGB) Health System. The West Accelerator Program will expand the Superior Treatment of Seniors Pathway (STEP) from the Center for Geriatric Surgery (CGS) at Brigham and Women's Hospital to nine hospitals and package the learnings into a scalable national model. The role involves strategic and hands-on leadership, protocol development, and comprehensive management of program operations, financial resources, and human resources. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual who thrives in a highly complex, fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working across hospital and system-level administrative teams, such as research, digital health, quality improvement, development, strategic communications, as well as clinical and administrative leaders from nursing, orthopedics, surgery, neurosurgery, geriatrics, palliative care, and internal medicine. The Director will be responsible for gathering relevant information from all parties to design, implement, and study STEP at scale across MGB. The Director will also contribute significantly to research and education within the Center for Geriatric Surgery.
