Apply Now!•Salary: $ 139,395 – $181,216• The organizational goals or objectives of this position are: an innovative integration team leading the Air Force to exploit the power of Information Dominance: Provide Airmen trusted information, Organize, train, and educate Cyber Airmen. Strengthen mission assurance and Optimize Cyberspace investments. To meet these overarching goals: Develop and implement a Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process while improving and standardizing Air Force IT (Information Technology) Portfolio Management, Complete annual Budget Estimate Submission (BES) and President's Budget (PB) IT Budget reporting; Federal IT Dashboard updates; Program Element Monitor (PEM) parades for functional organizations; and support of annual Program Budget Review (PBR) activities. •In this position you will: Prepares, manages, and ensures proper reporting of Information Technology (IT) and Cyberspace Activities (CA) systems financial data identified in the Department of the Air Force (DAF) budget submission as directed and required by OSD and OMB. Conducts training and provides guidance to DAF-wide stakeholders for the registration and reporting of IT and CA systems' financial investment reporting procedures using the Information Technology Investment Portfolio System (ITIPS). Coordinates access to and update of DAF and OSD-level system databases and data repositories critical for the financial data reporting process.• Qualifications/Requirements: • U.S. Citizenship• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance• Knowledge of a wide range of IT theories, concepts, principles, and practices, procedures, policies, standards, and operational requirements; and of IT equipment to develop procedures, policies, and/or practices. • Knowledge of DoD and Air Force IT regulations, services and instructions to ensure IT capability and/or system services are in compliance with applicable regulations and instructions regarding integration and interoperability. • Knowledge of associated methods and techniques such as legal requirements, cost analyses, and budgets.• Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process and its products, terminology, and guidance documents, including DoD budget and financial management regulations, OMB Circulars, and Congressional legislation. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; negotiate complex issues; establish and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of personnel at various organizational levels.• Ability to analyze a variety of unusual IT conditions, problems, questions, or conditions associated with formulating projects or studies to substantially alter major IT capabilities, systems and/or services. • Ability to research patterns to develop new methods, criteria, or proposed IT capability or system policies and/or procedures. • Position is Acquisition Professional Development (APDP) Level III coded for IT as duties performed.
