Overview
TruePani Inc., a water quality consulting firm, is seeking a program engagement coordinator to join a passionate team of engineers, public health professionals, data analysts, and communications personnel tackling water quality projects focused on reducing lead in drinking water. The Program Engagement Coordinator will amplify public health messages, oversee the flow of communication between various stakeholders, and be responsible for project awareness and strategic communications goals.
The position is full-time and based from our Knoxville, TN office. Typically three days per week are worked in office and two have flexibility for work from home.
Responsibilities
Most of the work for this role will be on projects within TruePani's lead in drinking water project portfolio. The individual in this role will work with the larger project management team to encourage program participation for testing in lead in drinking water at schools and child care programs.
The engagement coordinator will devise strategies to build positive relationships with potential program participants (e.g., school and child care facilities that are eligible for free lead testing) that translate into participation.

The coordinator must answer potential participant inquiries and address issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
Successful individuals in this role are highly motivated and able to work both within teams and independently. Candidates should be able to anticipate work that needs to be completed and be able to “wear many hats” by assisting with various responsibilities within a small team.
