**Hours and Benefits for the Program Enrollment Specialist:**
+ Monday-Friday, 35 hours a week
+ $50,000 $54,000 a year depending on experience
+ Benefits Package:
+ Company paid medical, dental, & vision insurance
+ 403(B) with 6% company contribution
+ Tuition Reimbursement
**Responsibilities for the Program Enrollment Specialist:**
+ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Child Care Scholarship Program, including qualifications and enrollment processes
+ Screen families for eligibility, guide them through the application process, and ensure accurate documentation
+ Verify provider information, support their program enrollment, and respond to inquiries
+ Maintain accurate records of all communications and respond to program inquires promptly
+ Assist in annual recertification, develop strong relationships with providers, and support outreach and educational incentives
**Requirements for the Program Enrollment Specialist:**
+ 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
+ Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
