Summary:Command Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program/Financial Analyst to join our team! As a key member of CPT, you will play a vital role in supporting the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense, Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E). Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain planning spreadsheets that document funding by fiscal year and allocations within each fiscal year, along with associated expenditures. •Track monthly expenditures by obtaining associated Status of Funds (SoF) documents or other similar reports and will report status monthly to the government. •Assist the Government with financial support agreements (i.e., 7600A and 7600B) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) documents as required and will interface with DoD CIO and other organizations to ensure timely approval of documents. •Provide program analysis support to OSD that will assist in financial management tracking, program reporting, and detailed presentations on program data.RequirementsQualifications:•Top Secret clearance (current is preferred; eligible is acceptable)•Minimum of 5 years of experience providing financial and business support to the U.S. federal government.•Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field•Demonstrated experience in providing financial support, including the development of complex workbooks, tracking and reporting of financial metrics on government programs, and preparation of government financial deliverables. •Strong understanding of federal government regulations and budget/accounting processes.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.•Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.•Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
