Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Integration and Release Manager to join our team and provide comprehensive support for program and project integration within a large-scale modernization effort in one of these locations: Lanham, Maryland •Memphis, Tennessee •Austin, Texas •Dallas, Texas •Ogden, Utah. This role involves supporting a variety of program and project activities, including technical analyses and reviews, process improvement, and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing or executing projects of high complexity and providing strategic guidance during large program planning efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integration of program and project activities, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the modernization system.
  • Conduct technical analyses and reviews to support program and project decision-making.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to established processes and continuous enhancement.
  • Understand and evaluate the impact of system components and projects, particularly in relation to the integrated modernization system.
  • Gather, analyze, and compile data into presentations, reports, and other artifacts to support program progress tracking and decision-making.
  • Provide program integration support by collaborating with and supporting delivery partners.
  • Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and successful implementation.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for interfacing with various stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience managing or executing complex projects, preferably within a large-scale modernization or transformation initiative.
  • Experience providing strategic guidance and direction in large program planning efforts.
  • Strong technical understanding of project management methodologies and program integration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with delivery partners to ensure project success.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or Program Management Professional certification is required.
  • Experience with systems or projects related to large-scale government programs.
  • Experience in process improvement and optimization.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Project Management. Advanced degrees are a plus.
