Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Group Leader (AGL) to lead construction projects at our largest client. The AGL will manage a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, Quality Assurance Professionals, Contract Administrators, and Administrative Staff to ensure smooth delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee aviation programs and aligning with strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team, fostering collaboration.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Civil Technology Inc. and our clients stakeholders.
- Implement program management best practices and methodologies to ensure timely, within-budget project completion.
- Ensure designs and constructions meet safety, compliance, and sustainability standards.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication on technical and non-technical matters.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and proactively mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field 5+ years of experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Colorado (Highly Desired)
- Strong leadership and program management skills, with a background in airfield design and construction.
