Children's Aid Society is seeking a Program Lead for our new Youth Court Alliance program. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, the Program Lead is responsible for supporting the Director of Clinical Services with implementation of the Youth Court Alliance (YCA). In collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services, the Program Lead will manage, coordinate, and oversee the Youth Court Alliance program. In addition, the Program Lead is responsible for assisting the Director of Clinical Services and Program Coordinator with community relations for the agency, including marketing and representation at special events. Typical work schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid in-office and remote work Children's Aid Society's Vision: All Children are Safe and Feel Loved You Will:
- Track overall program data and referrals
- Assign cases and track client participation in the program
- Maintain positive connections with schools and magistrate offices
- Assist with program planning, development and implementation.
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
- Have 1 year experience in program implementation or consistent volunteer experience
- Perferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
