Description & RequirementsCurrently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Management Analyst, Senior to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Responsible for performing analysis of program requirements, status, budget, and schedules
- Responsible for program management, technical, or business case analysis
- This position will participate in or provide support to the Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to which they are aligned
- This position will collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical and financial data as it relates to acquisition and program activities
- This position is responsible for tracking program/project status and schedules, applying policies and procedures for financial planning
Minimum Qualifications:- A Master of Science (MA) or Master of Art (MA) in Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific area is required and a minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in a program management, technical or business analysis discipline related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management experience with six (6) out of the ten (10) years experience in analysis and planning, OR, a Business, Management, Technical, or Scientific Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Art (BA) and a total of fourteen (14) years of relevant experience in leu of Masters degree
- Experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs is required
- Experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling is required
- Experience with the Office of the Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) policy and documentation related to the Planning, Programming, and Budget System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Request (MIPR), work requests, requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254 is required
Clearance Requirements:- Must be a US Citizen
- Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract.
Physical Requirements:- Tasking is primarily computer based.The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS).
The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00-$155,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
