A week in the life of a Program Management Office Analyst IV:

+ Performs a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager.

Job Requirements

+ Active Secret Clearance

+ Bachelors Degree with a discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline(preferred)

+ Five (3) years of related experience to:

+ Assist Project Manager with planning and managing projects tasks

+ Coordinates participants and schedules data reviews and budget reviews

+ Tracks project tasks and statuses

+ Monitors project timeline; tracks document submissions; creates,

+ Monitors and maintains audit files

+ Identifies and communicates risks

+ Complies data and compiles data for metrics and reporting

+ Microsoft Office including proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
