Job Summary: L-Nutra is seeking an experienced and strategic Program Management Office (PMO) Lead to oversee and drive the company's major initiatives and IT projects. The PMO Lead will establish standards for project management across the organization, implement relevant technology tools to manage projects, and provide leadership, guidance, and status reporting. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in project work, with at least 4 years specifically in project management. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading steering committee discussions, engaging with company executives, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement project management standards and best practices for major initiatives across the company, including IT projects.
  • Develop and deploy technology tools and systems to manage and track projects effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and executives.
  • Lead discussions with steering committees and company executives to drive project success and address issues promptly.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and manage changes to project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project management documentation, including project charters, plans, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working on projects, with at least 4 years in a dedicated project management role.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing project management standards and practices.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools and technology platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle complex and high-priority tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Relevant project management certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent, are preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, IT Application Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant project experience, with at least 4 years in a project management role.

Working Conditions:

  • Preferred location is Los Angeles, CA or Plano, TX but remote work will be considered.
  • Occasional travel between locations may be required.
  • Standard office environment with the possibility of remote work arrangements.
