Manage the project through its life cycle, ensuring that it progresses from planning to execution efficiently.Recruit, Mentor, and Develop a High-Performing Technology Team: Build a team of experts in defense and intelligence solutions, providing leadership and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Engage with Stakeholders, Industry Partners, and Government Agencies: Foster relationships with key players to enhance program effectiveness, collaboration, and thought leadership.Provide Expert Guidance on Acquisition Initiatives and Programmatic Decisions: Leverage technical and market knowledge to guide the strategic direction of projects and programs.Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Policies: Adhere to all relevant guidelines and policies set by governing bodies to maintain program integrity and security.Manage and Communicate Project Status, Risks, and Mitigation Strategies: Keep stakeholders informed about progress, potential challenges, and plans for risk management to facilitate informed decision-making.Support Business Development Efforts: Aid in identifying and securing new business opportunities, ensuring technology solutions are tailored to meet client needs and objectives.Promote Strategic Vision through Outreach: Utilize outreach efforts to government, industry, and academia to advocate for the company's strategic direction and technological innovations.Facilitate Effective Collaboration and Communication: Ensure seamless interaction between technology teams, stakeholders, and decision-makers, aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.Final Delivery and Implementation of Project: Ensure the successful rollout and implementation of the project, including training, support, and transitioning to operational status.Job Requirements Qualifications:10+ years of experience in the Department of Defense, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of defense acquisition processes, regulations, and operations.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to drive innovative solutions.Security Clearance:Active TS/SCI.Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded as a counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) company in 2008.
