DescriptionAmazon is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic and tactical, cross-functional operations and technology projects.This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.This position will be part of an exciting, fast moving and growing business team. If you thrive in an ever-changing environment, then we want to talk to you.About the teamThe grocery distribution center operations integration team (GDC OI) is a small group responsible for all projects impacting our network of three distribution centers. We connect upstream processes and systems with the GDC operations teams, ensuring that GDCs are setup for success. At the same time, we look downstream at the spokes with a similar viewpoint, and ensure that our actions are in their best interests. Key aspects of our team's role in the supply chain include KPI development, reporting optimization, process design, and executional leadership.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPreferred Qualifications- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedulesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
