About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join the team and lead strategic partnerships with key clients. This position is part of our Program Management department and is customer facing. This role is responsible for fostering high-impact, long-term relationships with select clients, ensuring seamless program execution and delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will:
- Act as the primary liaison between our internal teams and clients, driving alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations across both organizations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic priorities, supporting the Commercial Account Manager in developing and executing an account plan that enhances the client relationship and advances partnership growth.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of complex programs, from initial planning and coordination through to delivery and completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Implement and monitor project-specific KPIs, ensuring that program metrics align with client goals and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen project outcomes, improve efficiency, and support overall program and company objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (such as molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry); an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing project, program, or account management role within life sciences, with 2+ years in a CDMO or similar environment preferred.
- Experience managing projects within a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device field.
- Familiarity with drug product.
- Prior experience in people management.
