We provide vital support during life's most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.We're Hiring!We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team within the Our Place program, Class AA, Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) located in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is a supervisory position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, infrastructure of the program, along with the oversight of food and administrative services.Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive working environment that empowers staff members to seek out opportunities for growth and to strive to meet the needs of clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the overall operation of the program is in compliance with Federal, State & Agency regulations.
  • Ensure that the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program is in compliance with local Counties and all documentation needed is submitted timely.
  • Provide on-site leadership, direction, supervision, and support to all program staff.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of client and personnel matters.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
  • Required:
    • 3+ years of experience in the delivery of direct service to clients.
    • 2-3+ years of supervision experience.
  • Preferred:
    • 5+ years' experience in the delivery of direct service to clients.
    • 3+ years' supervision experience.
Training Requirements:Attend all trainings as deemed appropriate by the Director. Complete a minimum of 24 hours of continued training annually. In addition, complete and maintain certification in Adult, Child and Infant CPR and First Aid with alleviation of choking, program approved verbal de-escalation training and CBRF Fire Safety.Skills, Competencies, and other Requirements:
  • Commitment to the ethical treatment of clients.
  • Knowledge of community organizations and program administration.
  • A working knowledge of adult mental health.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet work demands on an independent basis.
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License, with reliable personal vehicle for transporting persons served, as needed. Maintain required auto insurance and acceptable driving record requirements.
