Job Description:
Huxley is partnered with our client who is seeking a skilled Program Manager - High-Frequency Data to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-frequency data-driven projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of project goals while managing risks and stakeholder expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-frequency data projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize project performance
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Facilitating open communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress through the use of KPIs and metrics, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategy and execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experiences as a Technical Program Manager in a data-driven or technology focused project, preferable within the high-frequency trading or the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and experience working with large-scale data systems.
  • Exceptional project management skills with proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of the trading landscape is a plus
  • Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
