Job Description:
- With your product/project management background, candidate will be responsible for executing on the Client Business Group wireless accessories strategy to help protect, power, and enable business device users to do their best work through the right products at the right price.
- The candidate will have to manage multiple priorities including onboarding new product SKUs, developing and maintaining executive reports, monitoring and reporting system bugs, tracking and defining product inventory needs, and supporting sales escalations.
- Your work will help maintain Client's leadership position by anticipating business customer needs and shaping our future offerings to meet them.
Responsibilities: New Product Launch Operations:
- Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure the timely and successful launch of new accessory products
- Manage the submission of new product SKUs, pricing, and configurations with vendors, dotcom, and internal system teams to drive operational excellence
Sales Enablement:
- Develop go-to-market campaign briefs to meet sales objectives by promoting new product launches and promotions
- Gather marketing assets from equipment manufacturers and work with legal and brand compliance to make them available for internal sellers
Reporting and Analysis:
- Create regular reports and presentations to communicate performance insights, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership
- Monitor and manage funnel opportunities, communicating requirements back to manufacturers and supply chain teams
- Track the competitive landscape for new sales motions, promotions, and product availability
- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives
Retail Merchandising Strategy:
- Partner with the retail operations team to design the accessory planogram for the SMB section of Client stores
Must Have Skills (Most Important):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 or more years of experience in enterprise B2B product management, data analytics and/or sales operations
- Basic working knowledge of JIRA including creating tickets, dashboards, and managing projects through the tool
- Deep working knowledge with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Deep working knowledge of Excel to analyze sales performance metrics, including pivot tables, macros, and advanced functions
- Strong communication skills that translate into generating executive-level presentations
- Recent enterprise experience demonstrating technical and analytical understanding of promotional/customer data reports, internal and external customer portals/dashboards, and communicating highly complex technical information
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree
- Self-driven capabilities and welcome independent working environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of Slack, including Workflow Builder
- Prior experience in sales or sales support roles
- An understanding of wireless trends and key business drivers
- Capable of creating organization systems for inventory, reporting, tracking, process improvements, promotional campaigns, etc.
- Juggled multiple projects to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $55hr to $60hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
