Payrate: $99 - $99/hr. Summary: The Organizational Effectiveness Consultant conducts organizational current state assessments, facilitates stakeholder alignment on desired future state, and executes change management strategies supporting the transition. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Collaborate closely with OE/OD and HRBP Teams to plan and execute organization design and transformation initiatives.
- Conduct discovery interviews to assess the current state of organizations, including key workflows, structures, roles, governance, points of friction, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive process improvements and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Design and facilitate working sessions to present current state assessments and align stakeholders on the desired future state. Prepare materials and synthesize outcomes of working sessions.
- Work closely with HRBPs and leaders to plan and execute change strategies, thoroughly assessing change impacts and risks. Develop risk mitigation plans and embed them throughout the implementation plan.
- Use data to measure the impact of change initiatives; Define and track KPIs.
- Provide regular reports to Sponsor and People Team on the progress of the initiatives, highlighting key milestones, blockers, and support needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, change management, process improvement, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles, including strategy, operating model and organization design, change management, and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and the use of analytics tools.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma and/or Prosci (preferred but not required).
