At Watermark, our people come first!The Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO) for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is responsible for the maintenance, care and operation of the buildings, grounds, and physical security enhancements of the U.S. Capitol Police, campus wide physical security infrastructure and an off-site campus supporting all legislative branch agencies. OCSO also manages the agency's internal security programs and policies, including personnel suitability and badging and liaises with other partners regarding security matters.The Program Manager I performs day-to-day management of assigned security projects by organizing, directing, and coordinating planning, and production of all activities associated with assigned projects related to execution of the scope of the OSCO AOC programs and task orders.Major Duties:
Provide routine management of assigned projects. Schedule project related meetings and record meeting notes. Identify project related issues or concerns affecting schedule, cost, client impact, quality, security, public or safety. Draft required documents and notifications for the COR's review and dissemination to stakeholders. Produce required reports and conduct briefings as needed. Document and report all project related issues to the COR via weekly and monthly reports. Develop project presentations, reports and other associated documents needed for project related meetings. Provide other project management services as required.Professional Qualifications/Skills: Must have a current Top Secret personnel security clearance and the ability to maintain such clearance throughout the life of the contract. Minimum of eight (8), preferably ten (10), years of experience as a project manager on large scale projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in an effective manner with minimal direction.The anticipated compensation range for this position is $84,700-$142,100. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
