Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Communicating regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and solicit feedback.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
