The Program Manager will be onsite at Ft. Belvoir, VA and will be responsible for:Provides technical/management leadership for all PWS requirements.Establishes goals and plans that meet project requirements.Has domain and expert technical knowledge.Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall 569 project implementation.Plans, initiates, and manages IT projects. Leads and guides the work of technical staff.Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.Plans project stages and assesses business implications for each stage.Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.May supervise others.Required Qualifications:Active SECRET clearanceBachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or business-related programsProgram Management CertificationMinimum 10 years of work experience in managing IT programsWorking knowledge and experience managing technology, software, and IT infrastructure programsUnderstanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, , GCP, Oracle) and hybrid cloud environmentsApplicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
