Job Title: Program Manager Location: Tarrytown, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within our portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharma industry and be comfortable working on-site at least three days a week in Tarrytown, NY.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Track project performance and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices in project management.
- Conduct status review sessions
- Create periodic program status reports for CXO's
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools
