Job Title: Program Manager - Residential Detox and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee our Residential Detox and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation program. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the program and providing leadership to the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Residential Detox and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation program
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide leadership and supervision to the staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Ensure the program meets or exceeds performance metrics and outcomes
- Manage program budget and resources effectively
- Ensure the safety and well-being of program participants and staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a residential detox and drug and alcohol rehabilitation program or similar
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to residential detox and drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, community partners, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Commitment to providing high-quality services to program participants
