Strategy and Operations Program Manager
- The strategy, Impact, and Enablement team helps the organization deliver on its ambitious promise to create a more equitable world by bringing the best of everyone. Role
We are seeking an experienced PgM to join the team in order to support the program and manage a set of Strategy and Operational projects:
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include supporting a set of operational and strategic projects: Operational projects ranging from operationalizing vendor management processes for time and cost savings, to figuring out improved mechanisms for the org to liaise with and reduce overhead in important processes like launch (tooling used for due diligence and approvals for any launch).
- Narrative related initiatives, including (non-exhaustively) conducting landscape research around similar narratives from other entities/competitors, processing internal narratives on the same domain area from different internal teams, and gathering insight for how we could approach narrative work for a specific domain area in the org.
- Strategic projects mostly centered around portfolio management, gauging the full spectrum of work efforts that the organization currently has, and figuring out how to best update, process and visualize data on these in order to make strategic decisions. Building dashboards and reports at a specific cadence that visualize and explain patterns in the data, and make strategic recommendations to leadership about the course of action for the organization.
- Occasionally will need to support other areas of the StratOps organization, such as collaborating in organizational initiatives (team summits, team sites, etc) and supporting other philanthropy-related initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications+8 years of work experience in program / project management, consulting or other strategic work.
- Impeccable attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Partnership management experience, including establishing and maintaining productive relationships with internal teams and external parties.
- Experience effectively collaborating with a cross-functional team.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and strict timelines.
- Experience with data analysis and representation, comfortable with spreadsheets, pivot tables and other more advanced data representation systems.

Experience in social impact
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and/or comfortable with technical work
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 - 64hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
