W2 project Job Description: - Oud client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of new infrastructure, data mapping, consumer-facing systems, and reporting solutions in Power-BI.
- This role involves working with various tech stacks in retail stores and managing the operational impacts on supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with Teams: Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers across multiple domains to deliver new data mapping technology and support the rebranding of newly acquired stores.
- Status Reporting: Ensure accurate and appropriate weekly and executive status updates.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate with other tech teams to deliver technology solutions with multiple dependencies.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach Project Managers within the program.
- Project Planning: Establish and update project plans, manage deviations, and ensure all requirements are documented and pursued.
- Leadership: Provide leadership for project managers and stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and manage risks.
- Communication: Maintain program-level communications with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resource Optimization: Coordinate complex planning activities and optimize the use of resources.
- Issue Management: Manage issues as they arise and track project contributions to ensure program success.
- Strategic Alignment: Align program scope with strategic business objectives and recommend modifications to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications - Experience: Proven experience leading acquisitions, mergers, or related programs.
- Certification: PMP certification.
- Leadership: Experience in leadership positions delivering large and complex projects.
- Track Record: Proven ability to deliver objectives on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Ability to anticipate and manage project risks.
- Independence: Confident, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Presentation Skills: Dynamic presenter with experience presenting to senior management.
- Engagement Management: Strong engagement management skills, business acumen, and technical insights.
- Customer Management: Experience managing external customers and understanding deployment lifecycles.
