Learn more about us at www.materialbank.com or see below.We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the (re)launch of our Digital Sampling initiative, focusing on engaging building materials manufacturers and fostering strong relationships. This role will be instrumental in securing large account partnerships and facilitating the beta program, while ensuring a seamless feedback loop between manufacturers and the product team. The Program Manager will maintain relationships with manufacturers and members, document feedback, and work closely with the Product Leader to ensure that insights gathered directly inform the product roadmap and ongoing iterations. You will play a key role in building trust with manufacturers, ensuring high-quality data integration, and driving the successful execution of the program from beta through to paid commitments. What You'll Do:
  • Lead Digital Sampling Program Launch: Execute a strategic plan for the 2025 relaunch, focusing on attracting and securing partnerships with building materials manufacturers.
  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with manufacturers, ensuring timely feedback and alignment with program objectives.
  • Beta Program Execution: Manage the beta offering, ensuring successful brands onboarding, data acquisition, and meaningful engagement with the platform.
  • Feedback Documentation & Insights: Capture all feedback from manufacturers and program members to inform product iterations and improvements. Collaborate with the product team to ensure feedback shapes the product roadmap.
  • Product Iteration & Feedback Loop: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, and beyond ) to conduct 2+ rounds of product iteration during the beta phase, incorporating feedback from manufacturers.
  • Data Quality Management: Collaborate with catalog team, assist the integration and quality of manufacturer data to ensure it aligns with digital platform requirements.
  • Post-Beta Transition: Lead the transition from beta to long-term partners.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Industry experience in A&D highly preffered.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business development, or partnership management, ideally within building materials, manufacturing, or digital platforms.
  • Proven success in managing relationships with large accounts and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Experience working with product teams on data-driven product iterations and feedback loops.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with external partners and key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in digital product management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, especially in documenting feedback and ensuring data quality.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
