What is the Role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity within a collaborative, fast-paced, and data-intensive team driving our client's Engineering Graduate Program. As an Associate Program Manager,[1] you will play a pivotal role in executing and delivering the program, working with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the program and strategy. You will be responsible for managing complex technical projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and oversee aspects of the program such as recruitment strategy, training and development initiatives and teambuilding to ensure the program meets the highest quality standards.
You will work with the Engineering Graduate Program team, dedicated to build, operate and improve the program to foster the top talent of the future. The Engineering Graduate program works cross-functionally to provide stellar talent to critically acclaimed game franchises.
What You Will Do:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle. Develop project plans, schedules, track progress, and address issues proactively. Work with the Sr. Program Manager, Gaming & Technology Program Instructor and partners to ensure successful project completion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the business, partner labels and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Relationship Management & Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders and partners on project status, providing transparency and visibility.
- Planning & Prioritization: Collaborate with senior leadership and functional teams to prioritize initiatives, identify dependencies, and create strategic roadmaps.
- Risk Management: Communicate project timeline risks and address key dates or roadblocks promptly.
- Process Improvement: Streamline processes and develop systems and policies to enhance program efficiency.
- Coordination across Projects: Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the program.
- Operational Support: Assist in operational flows, including basic data gathering and analysis.
- Marketing, Recruitment and Hiring Processes: Assist in aspects of marketing, outreach, and recruitment strategy. Support end-of-program hiring, collaborating with legal and HR on relocation, visas, and transfers.
- Contract Maintenance: Oversee project accounting and contract maintenance, including POs, invoices, and SOW initiation.
