This role involves a great deal of tooling autonomy and will improve efficiency across the team.Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a suite of Power Apps that support hundreds of daily users across the United States, empowering Engineering Talent Acquisition in managing their interviews, hiring events, candidate pipeline, and other key initiatives.
- Identify and incorporate Power Automate to improve workflow streams in the operations.
- Identify performance issues with the use of system log, network, and performance tracing.
- Enhance applications with new views, table relationships, collections, and batch processing with Flow.
- Migrate Power BI datasets to Dataflows for improved data availability, consistency in metric definition, and better performance.
- Personalized applications with embedded Power BI reports with row level security
- Collaborate with users to identify and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to simplify workstream and support the culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist with quarterly audits with ad-hoc SQL queries and data anonymization to ensure compliance.
- Modeled Dataverse tables, enforced business rules, and built data relationships.
- Balance quantitative and qualitative insights to gain deeper insights of customer usage, trends, and opportunities to evolve the model and help drive further adoption.
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in operations, project management, business analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, System Analyst, or related field OR bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Converged), Power Automate, and Power BI
Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 3+ overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: n/a degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- Disqualifiers: Candidates with Not having enough experience with power apps, power automate, and data verse. Having a background in sales or entrepreneurship that does not demonstrate technical skills will not be eligible for the role.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain A best candidate would have extensive experience with power apps, power automate, and data verse, and be able to build and support various applications for different solutions and business needs within the Global Talent Acquisition team.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on deadlines.
