We provide specialized solutions to agencies of the US Intelligence Community, military Special Operations Forces, and other national security partners. Our Advisory practice executes customers' intelligence and advanced research missions globally, while our Training practice delivers cutting edge tradecraft training to select organizations.Job Purpose: The Program Manager will oversee the execution of all training development and operational support of Department of Defense (DoD) client.   • Manage all aspects of contract execution to ensure compliance with Performance of Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for all contract-related functions and liaison between company and government stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of instructors and support staff responsible for the development and delivery of Tactical Data Link (TDL) and Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) training.
  • Prepare and present reports; including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates on contract performance, resource expenditures, and operational activities.
  • Ensure adherence to government directives and policies, maintain compliance with security regulations, and manage the use of government-furnished equipment (GFE).
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks, maintain operational continuity, and meet evolving customer needs.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership and program management experience supporting DoD programs, with specific experience in training development and operational support.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale government contracts, including personnel management, resource allocation, and fiscal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of Joint Interoperability and Data Link operations.
  • Current US Government SECRET security clearance. Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Fayetteville, NC area.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with Tactical Data Links (TDL) systems, JICO training, or related military systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with demonstrated ability to spot new opportunities and spearhead new initiatives.
  • A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands.
