We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and communication of strategic initiatives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that projects meet their objectives on time, within budget, and at the expected quality, while aligning with corporate priorities. What You'll Do:Planning
- Understand the vision and business objectives of programs and align them with corporate priorities, OKRs, and targets
- Conduct thorough analyses to understand challenges and define appropriate solutions
- Establish clear and trackable KPIs covering both operational and financial outcomes
- Define the scope of work, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed cross-functional work plans, including milestones and timelines, ensuring initiatives are on track
- Map and manage the program's dependencies effectively
Execution
- Drive and oversee cross-functional efforts, becoming a domain expert and fully embedded stakeholder
- Foster engagement and alignment across all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and flag risks or barriers to success, working with business owners to develop actionable solutions
Stakeholder Communication
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels across teams and stakeholders
- Regularly update stakeholders on progress, learnings, and risks through status reports and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and setting clear expectations
- Communicate regularly with business owners and the CTO on program progress, issues, and costs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Successful delivery of program initiatives according to defined KPIs
- Timely achievement of project milestones and objectives
- Effective management of stakeholder communication and expectations
What We're Looking For:
- BS Degree with a minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and risk mitigation

Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs.
