What we're looking for is someone who can manage and lead large scale Cloud
transformation programs helping customers meet their business objectives while
aligning to their Cloud journey.
To be successful in this position, you'll need to be able to own, plan, manage,
communicate, deliver, mentor and constantly evolve....basically multitask in a dynamic
setup. For this job, deep expertise in large programs delivery, managing a multitude of
stakeholders, working with multi skilled and cross functional teams, while aiming all the
time for customer excellence and satisfaction. We'd want to meet you if you're a

Job Responsibilities
1. Display thought leadership and a flexibility to bring in different strategies,
frameworks into planning, decision making and management of projects in an
innovative and fast paced environment, within time and budget.
2. Ability to tie in and work with cross functional projects and teams across varied
groups comprising Program Governance, technical architecture, business
leaders, sales team, delivery teams, to translate technology roadmap into
actionable and time bound plans
3. Delivery partnership consulting with client and partner stakeholders,
establishing trust and confidence for smooth execution of programs.
4. Establish strong customer connect and aim for customer excellence.
5. Experience in a multitude of working models - agile, waterfall and sprint based
deliveries.
6. Strong communication and articulation skills to ensure effective and transparent
communication across program
7. Analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for
management and client stakeholders
8. Strong Team management and interpersonal skills, ability to groom and mentor
teams
9. Bring in process improvements and continuous optimizations in the way
programs are delivered, ability to take calculated risks while ensuring program
objectives are met.
Qualification
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you
otherwise. So we might look for some of the below
1. Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as CS, EE, Information sciences,
Statistics or equivalent required.
2. 10-14 years of Experience, with around 2+ years in handling & managing
customers across geographies and large scale multi technology transformation
programs (cloud, Applied AI, data analytics, etc,)
3. Understanding of Cloud technologies around AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
4. Experience in working on a variety of delivery models - Scrum and agile
methodologies, waterfall, hybrid
