Daily management of multiple implementations across complex Business Units and regionsCollaborating with Product Management to identify, track, and communicate program roadmaps and key milestones.Planning and executing the overall program and monitoring progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs.Identifying, implementing, and monitoring metrics and KPIs related to squad performance at the enterprise level Lead and drive overall program level reporting, communication, issue management, and cross-work stream risk identification and resolution.Budget management responsible for ensuring the completion of financial reporting related to program expenses.Drive cross-team collaboration and resolve cross-team impediments and other planning, collaboration, and coordination issues.Anticipate, implement, and manage plans to address implementation obstacles and potential areas of risk.Understand and be able to visualize and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.Ensuring that deliverables are aligned across the projects and programs in the program.Deliverables may include and are not limited to the following: program plans, roadmaps, reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, executive level), budget reports, etc.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in related field required 10 years of project management/project coordination experience or 10 years of related business experience.5+ years of demonstrated experience in initiating, leading, and implementing complex business transformation projects / programs.Experience in Agile environmentsExperience in constructing useful strategies and leading the implementation.Able to lead and motivate others and thrive in a very fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build consensus with all business partners.Comfortable with presenting to and facilitating discussion with senior business leaders. Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills.Strategic, operational, risk, and change management skills and experience.Strong leadership skills and able to work within a global matrixed organization.Able to lead multiple projects and business initiatives and adapt to rapidly changing priorities in the work environment.Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face-to-face time with colleagues and managersProficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Proficiency with PMO tools, preferably Azure DevOps (ADO) Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
