Job Summary
We are working with a well-established non-for-profit client that is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. The role will involve working closely with partner organizations and stakeholders, developing detailed implementation plans, and conducting engagement activities.
What will you do?
- Manage the set-up of pilot projects, developing detailed project and implementation plans, completing due diligence procedures, and establishing clear roles with all partners.
- Directly manage and monitor ongoing delivery of programs and/or projects.
- Manage and monitor budgets.
- Manage external communication and relationships with external partners, supporters, key stakeholders, and all interested parties.
- Ensure accurate project information is communicated properly.
- Keep up to date with developments in with relevant issues for potential opportunities to develop or enhance current programs.
- Lead the input of project-specific information to support new funding bids and opportunities.
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (required.)
- At least 3+ years of experience of program or project management, developing programs to meet the needs of young people and partners.
- Experience of working collaboratively within a complex organization and successfully delivering projects or initiatives that span disciplines and reporting lines.
- Experience of managing relationships with multiple stakeholders and partners, including governments, corporate partners, nonprofits, and other entities.
- Experience of developing and delivering training.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
