Job Title: Program Manager- Supply chain & AI Optimization
Locations: Onsite at Fremont, CA
Duration: 12 Months Contract on W2 (Possible Extension)
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our client's Supply Chain AI efforts. The successful candidate will develop and implement AI strategies that drive business value, improve supply chain efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Technical knowledge of SQL and Python
Key Responsibilities:
Execute comprehensive AI programs for the enterprise supply chain based on the AI roadmap
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process improvement
Run clustering data analysis and insight generation for monthly CSAT reporting
Run Weekly Scrum stand meetings for project development review and action tracking
Help to articulate business problems and leverage AI for solutions to optimize supply chain operations, including but not limited to customer support, telecommunication, inventory management, and logistics. Develop and manage business requirements and design docs for AI projects.
Work with DevOps engineers and AI researchers to preprocess data that helps develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
Maintain key program progress and performance using the project management tool for the AI team
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
3+ years of experience in program management, supply chain management, or a related field
Experience with supply chain management systems and processes
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experiences with tabular data processing and analysis.
Familiar with tools like SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Nice to Have:
Experience with popular AI products like ChatGPT, Claude based services. High-level understanding of supervised/unsupervised machine learning.
Experience with projects utilizing major cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with data visualization or data analytic tools such as STATA, SAS, SPSS, or Tableau
Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
Good understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
