Randstad Federal is seeking a Program Manager in support of a program at IRS

location: Frederick, Maryland

job type: Contract

salary: $80 - 90 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

+ Oversee overall program (25+M) with 30 to 50 people delivering successfully against federal defined objectives and outcomes.

+ Demonstrable strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, team management, budget management, resource allocation, and enterprise transformation experience.

+ Requires strong program management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a partner and customer alike.

+ Ideal candidate has experience in Network Operations, modernizing network operations, and driving operational excellence (OpEx).

+ PMI Program Management Certification or equivalent experience desired.
