OverviewPosition Summary:We areseekinga highly experienced and dynamic Manager, Learning &Development to lead our internalHRPconsulting training initiatives and drive organizational excellence.Reporting to theHRP Consulting BusinessSupport Operationsleader, theprimary goal of this role isto ensurecontinual optimization of operational effectiveness of the entireHRPconsulting services divisionin the form of continuous learningandoptimization of services.In this pivotal role,therightcandidatewill overseeevaluation, planning, design/preparationof content, and delivery oftraining programstherebyensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.Thisrolewillbe instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within our organization.In addition,itwillalsobe responsible forutilizingGenerative AI for not onlyautomatingthe development of training materials,playbooks, SOP etc. therebymaking the process faster, more efficient, and highly customizablebut also contributing towardsOptimization of business workflows.About Global Professional Services:Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives.Practical training is essential to ensure our teams are knowledgeable and capable of delivering exceptional service/well-equipped to meet the demands of our clients.What you will do:Training Strate g y / Plan ning / DeliveryDirect the overall operations of the consulting training and development program, including program planning and execution.Provide strategic guidance and direction to team leadership, ensuring the successful design and execution of training initiatives, and other optimization opportunities with a focus on integrating AI into our processes.Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies,leveragingindustry best practices and emerging trends to enhance program effectiveness.Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure that training efforts support businessobjectivesand meet the needs of diverse audiences.Evaluate program effectiveness using metrics and feedback mechanisms, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay abreast of developments in training and development, incorporating new tools, technologies, and methodologies into our programs asappropriate.Represent the training and development function at meetings and events, serving as a subject matter expert and advocate for talent development.Act as a liaison with Education Services team toidentifygaps in training content and provide inputsUtilize knowledgeofHealthRulesPayer and the HRP GPS consulting team's implementation strategies to ensure that training programs meet the unique needs of our organization and industry.Design, deliver, and implement online and consulting training programs, including virtual sessions and blended learning solutions, to ensure that consultants have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles.Utilize Generative AI toFeed playbooksinto a generative AI model,tocreate tailored training modules that address specific scenarios and challenges our teams mayencounter.Compile insights from SMEs into comprehensive training materials that reflect real-world applications and success stories.Help compile Customer insights / scenarios / case studiesacross different Lines of Businessesinto comprehensive training materials that reflect real-world applications and success stories.Create JIT trainingStrategic Advisor – Professional DevelopmentIn conjunction with consulting Directors & Managers,identifythe training and development needs of the internal consulting staff andcontract resources.Assist VP Consulting in creating Professional Development learning pathways across the entire job family of ConsultingEngage with VP Consulting and Ed Services team to support the design of certification programs for each member of Consulting job family to support employee career growth.Business Process OptimizationSupport the development and operationalizing of departmental processes and initiatives by working with Consulting leaders and PMO to help define requirement of playbooks and other process documentation for such initiativesIntegrate Consulting Services Playbooks and other artifacts into just-in time learnings to support the various project phasesRecommend changes to address deficiencies and/or further improve and streamline processes based on analytical findings.Identify / create best practices for different processes, especially those owned by Consulting team in a cross functional scenario.Help create standardized delivery processes for our customers. These processes can serve as a foundation for customers to jump-start their software configuration, reducing the time and effortrequiredfor implementation.Act as a liaison with other cross-functional groups to promote cohesion and efficiency across the organization.Additionalduties / responsibilities as assignedorrequiredWhat you bring:Advanced degree in Education and Business Administration, or related fields.5-8 years of experience in training and development, with a proventrack recordof success in designing and delivering effective training programs.Experience creating and delivering training programs for health care software implementation teams a plus.Ability to createand executeclear goals including team building skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge ofgenerative AI toolsthat support training and contentneedsAbility to influence others in a matrixed environment.Flexible in adapting to changing priorities.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Functionalknowledge ofHealthRulesPayer and consulting practices, with the ability to incorporate industry-specific content into training materials.Experience in LMS administration, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of online training modules and resources.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from Consultants to Executive Vice Presidents.Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Ability to challenge the status-quo to continuously improve processes and offeringsHealthEdge commits to building an environment and culture that supports the diverse representation of our teams.
