What we want
The Program Manager of Rural Medicine & Graduate Program Evaluation, under direction, plans, organizes, directs, and manages day-to-day activities, developing and implementing procedures for the administration of rural medicine and graduate evaluation programs under the Office of Evaluation and Assessment.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor' s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5 years of related experience in any of the following areas, program management, program evaluation, and/or data management and analysis, work experience with medical college, higher education, faculty, staff, students, and administrators, project coordination, project management, curriculum, survey building and distribution, report generation and presenting data, data visualization, experience conducting training, or teaching (K-12)
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in education, psychology, statistics, business, or a related field
* Two years of experience including design, implementation, and data management methodologies appropriate for educational evaluation
* Experience working with quantitative/qualitative data in academic or medical setting
* Demonstrated skill in communicating evaluation results to different audiences
* Management of educational and statistical software (e.g. learning management system, evaluation programs, SPSS, NVIVO, etc.)
* Accreditation experience
* Experience in higher education or medical education
* Experience with survey software
* Experience working with faculty, staff, and students
* Experience coordinating processes and logistics
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and present both written and oral reports
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

* Ability to successfully direct multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Uncompromising attention to accuracy and detail with the ability to work independently and effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
* Ability to explain procedures and policies, communicate, verbal and written, with various levels of staff, students and faculty.

Responsibilities:
Evaluation Program Management, Troubleshooting, & Reporting
* Plans, organizes, directs and manages day-to-day activities, developing and implementing procedures for the administration of the rural medicine and graduate evaluation programs
* Manages evaluations and processes for rural medicine and graduate evaluation programs, which includes obtaining accurate information related to courses and faculty, to facilitate evaluation processes and document appropriately. This includes, but is not limited to, attending OEA/Academic Affairs meetings, attending course initiation meetings and obtaining accurate information needed to perform processes in the evaluation software, distribute to the appropriate parties, and updating the database with this information.
* Assists in developing strategic plans and goals to support the programs.
* Manages, schedules, leads meetings, and presents dashboards for rural medicine and graduate program course evaluation meetings.
* Manages the course report dashboard process from start to finish, including data collection, building dashboards and distribution, creating schedule and deadlines, monitoring progress, performing quality control and providing feedback, collecting course director summary and update action plans to be incorporated into dashboards.
* Implements routine adjustments to evaluation software and troubleshoots evaluation problems
* Monitors evaluation completion and compliance rates by students and faculty.
* Monitors reports in the evaluation software, pulls and distributes reports including requests for faculty evaluation teaching data.
* Assists with NVIVO coding of qualitative comments for rural medicine and graduate evaluation programs evaluations. Compiles basic program statistics as requested.
* Resolves tickets in the department ticketing system.
* Prepares travel expense reports and coordinates with support staff.
* May supervise program support staff and student assistants.
* Assists with focus groups as needed.
Liaison to Medicine Stakeholders
* Serves as the liaison to the rural medicine and graduate evaluation programs regarding evaluation
* Schedules, develops, and conducts programs and training, including evaluation software training, coordinator retreats, course evaluation report meetings, presentations, student orientation.
* Assists with the development and production of materials designed for evaluation programs including training materials, handbooks, and presentations.
* Maintains and develops communications between stakeholders
* Attends rural medicine and graduate program meetings to obtain information relevant to curricular updates and evaluations
* Coordinates OEA staff, Course Directors, and Academic Affairs personnel for the scheduling of routine rural medicine and graduate evaluation programs evaluation meetings
* Scheduling, recruitment, communication, and planning of focus groups and other non-routine evaluation tasks
* Assists with organization of all office calendars that serve as the basis for assurance that course and teaching evaluation processes and dashboards are completed in a timely manner
* Maintains accurate program records and databases related to student, faculty, and coordinator information (current coordinators and navigators, current course faculty and student course enrollment).
Project Management & Data Collection
* Collect, clean, and maintain accurate data on various aspects of the medical college
* Provides data for research, submits abstracts/proposals for presentations, prepares presentations, attends and presents at conferences
* Responsible for managing and monitoring evaluation content on external and internal websites.
* Reviews/proofreads evaluation reports or documents.
* Documents OEA products and process changes and major curricular changes. Updates distribution of evaluation questions mapped to program objectives across courses.
* Assists with evaluation and assessment projects as needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned
