Provide program marketing and recruitment strategies creating/revising program curricula; monitor business/industry trends; partnerships with business, industry, community agenciesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist Program Director in the management of the program as needed.Develop marketing plans and strategies t promote courses and to increase enrollment in the program.Collaborate with staff and other Program Directors as necessary.Develop, implement and monitor new programs based on community and business needs and input.Define resources and schedule for implementation of the program.Supervise the project team and manage conflicts as they occur.Assess team and evaluate their performance.Identify areas for improvement and implementation plans for improvement.Facilitate customized training needs as required.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. The qualifications listed below are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree required.
