Program Manager (PM): Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and supervision of the work performed. The PM shall have knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contract. The PM shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operations of this contract. The PM shall be responsible for work-loading all contractors supporting 10th Mountain Division. The workload shall support Division logistics and human resource operations. The PM will facilitate briefings, meetings, teleconferences, and other forms of communication, ensuring compliance with the statement of work. Specifically, the PM will oversee the Following Functions:
- Equipment Readiness Analysis
- Maintenance Operations Analysis
- Asset Visibility Analysis
- Supply Management Analysis
- Transportation Operations Analysis
- Human Resources Analysis
- Family Readiness and Support Assistance
The Program Manager must have a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years experience in Army logistics operations.Security Clearance: Secret
