Our diverse industry exposure equips us with invaluable tools, tricks, and techniques to tackle complex software and data challenges.About you:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our web content management system migration and redesign project. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the migration of all our external websites from Sharepoint to Contentful, ensuring a smooth transition and a successful launch. You will also be responsible for managing the full redesign of the sites, ensuring that they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the migration and redesign of our websites.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish project timelines and milestones and ensure that they are met.
  • Manage project resources, including internal and external teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and requirements are understood and met.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the new websites meet industry standards for accessibility, search engine optimization, and security.
  • Develop and implement training and support programs for users to ensure a smooth transition to the new websites.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Experience managing web content management system migrations and redesigns, preferably from Sharepoint to Contentful.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of web design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
