ResponsibilitiesHAVENWYCK HOSPITAL (a UHS facility)Havenwyck Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited and licensed psychiatric hospital, overlooking Lake Galloway in Auburn Hills, Michigan. It is the ultimate goal of our dedicated staff to build strength, confidence and knowledge within each patient, in hopes that they may continue learning and understanding their needs and practicing self-care for the rest of their lives.Havenwyck Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Program Manager for the Residential Treatment Center (for boys) to join our team of compassionate and dedicated clinical professionals.POSITION SUMMARY:The Program Manager of Residential Services is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and analysis of performance improvement projects and activities with a focus on improving patient safety and quality of care.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Contribute to the facility-wide Performance Improvement (PI) plan which meets regulatory standards, and evaluate the PI plan annually.* Provide updates and training on Residential Services licensing and accreditation standards to leaders and managers as indicated.* Responsible for reporting and communication of Residential Services quality improvement initiatives, quality and patient safety awareness, clinical outcomes measures and patient satisfaction.* Assists with Residential Services regulatory readiness and assists with preparing for Joint Commission, state licensing, CMS or other agencies. Establishes quality improvement activities and methods to track implementation of action plans following site surveys.* Provides all applicable MDHHS policy and MDHHS policy amendments (including interim policy bulletins) and applicable Michigan Child Caring Institution Administrative Rules to Residential Services staff. Ensure Residential Services staff complies with all applicable requirements.* Provides ongoing communication, resources, education, and aggregated data/information to all Residential Services staff, related to issues involving quality, safety, and survey readiness.* Develop, implement and monitor staff orientation and training materials that meet MDHHS contractual requirements.* Track performance objectives as specified by our MDHHS contract, using the MDHHS CCI Dashboard as a data source.
