The Technology Workforce and Talent Excellence (TWTE) team is a center of excellence (COE) that tightly aligns with and supports the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization. The Manager of Strategic Workforce Capabilities will report to the Director, Strategic Workforce Capabilities and form a centralized team accountable for defining the current and future state people related reporting needs and capabilities.It is an exciting time to join TWTE as we develop future strategies and transform how we operate today. This team will be instrumental in this transformation, and how we implement and evolve our technology workforce tooling to meet the delivery needs of our global organization. We aspire to be powered by the best talent, while enabling ongoing governance of the workforce strategy.How will you make an impact:By driving change management that enables best-in-class self-service tools that provide modelling and dashboard reporting of Strategic Workforce Plans (SWP) for our partners.By navigating complex stakeholder needs, including enabling the Technology Leadership Team (TLT) and their leadership teams to deliver on their SWP aligned goals.By ensuring alignment with the Workforce Strategy and Planning team, Technology finance teams, Technology portfolio team and Colleague Experience Group (CEG) to ensure capabilities and reporting are consistent and enable teams to make data-driven decisions.Responsibilities:· Support the Workforce Strategy and Planning team in determining reporting and modelling mechanisms against the Technology Workforce Strategy. This will include macro level trending and metrics against dimensions such as contractor/ colleague ratios, level mix, location growth, and progress towards aligned goals. Partner with Digital Product Managers on the team to drive the development of automated solutions, e.g., evaluating use cases and pressure testing modeling and dashboard solutions as they are developed.· Partner with the Managers of Strategic Workforce Planning to ensure needs are met.· Partner closely with Finance, Portfolio, Business Vendor Management (BVM) and CEG teams to ensure consistency in data usage, reporting and insights.Support planning and change management as new tools are rolled out, and ongoing support for end users as they self-serve.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree. Demonstrated experience in:· Managing large-scale programs. · Managing and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment across multiple workstreams, including senior leaders.· Analytical thinking capability and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsBackground in people related reporting, communications and/or tooling.Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.Experience working in either Technology or Consulting, or closely partnering with Technology. Understanding of Agile practices.Experience in working with external third parties and building strong relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to develop measurable goals to track success.Ability to utilize industry trends and external perspectives to make meaningful recommendations to senior leadership.QualificationsSalary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
