Summary
JOB SUMMARY:The Program Monitor performs a variety of activities related to the compliance, evaluation and monitoring of a comprehensive set of client service programs. Ensures program compliance with financial, legal, and programmatic requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Bachelor's degree required and significant experience with program management or compliance, nonprofits and/or social services agencies preferred; 3-5 years of experience; Excellent computer skills, experience with databases, spreadsheets, graphs and charts; Highly detail oriented, well-organized and analytical; Excellent communication skills both oral and written; Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as a member of a team, self-motivated, honest, commitment to accuracy and thoroughness, general knowledge/comfort with financial and legal matters, appreciation of need to comply with government regulation; Ability to see big picture as well as attend to detail; Reports to the Grants Compliance Manager
