Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of New Product to develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies for new robotics products.
  • Manage relationships with OEM partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives throughout the product development and launch process.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to drive successful product launches.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Support joint venture activities including getting in the field to understand cleaning and other service industry business models, and how to improve them
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, product management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in consulting, technology, or a related industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences internally and externally to the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience working in the robotics or automation industry is preferred but not required.
Benefits
  • Generous vacation policy (Unlimited PTO)
  • 401K
  • Health/dental/vision
  • Supportive work environment
