Description: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Typically possesses zero to three years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints. Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate moderately complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels. Education Requirement B. Associate's Degree Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload This position will be required to manage a portfolio of grid interconnection agreements for Client under the jurisdiction of the FERC and CPUC. The typical responsibilities include: 1. Acting as the primary point of contact with developers/customers and internal partners to manage contractual obligations and expectations. 2. Leading meetings, developing agendas, summarizing and documenting decisions and action items, tracking project milestones, and working with the construction team to ensure the project build is on-track. 3. Identifying and escalating issues to management for immediate resolution may include billing, operational, and contractual issues. 4. Preparing reports for management and updating the contract management database and electronic document storage system. Required Skills/Attributes Desired not necessarily a requirement: It would be great if the individual has contract management experience with interconnection agreements such as Rule 21, WDAT, and/or TOTs, including the applicable tariffs and rules.
